Shipping & Policies

Domestic (US) orders are shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer with tracking. Please allow up to 30 days for them to be delivered. International orders are mailed in a bubble mailer with tracking. Please allow up to 60 days for them to be delivered.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order!

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, etc. Nightingale Paper Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed by customs. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nightingale Paper Co is not responsible for orders returned or lost due to incorrect addresses. 

Processing begins immediately after your order is placed and so cancellations are not accepted except in extreme instances (i.e. instantaneous). 

Unfortunately, once orders have shipped, they are the responsibility of the postal system and Nightingale Paper Co cannot be held responsible for missing packages. You can read more about what to do if you think your order is missing or lost on our FAQ page
